Jianfeng Ma graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a major in Electrical Engineering and Automation. After graduation, he worked at Wuxi Architectural Design & Research Institute. He joined Shanghai TIANHUA in 2008 and served as designer, director of management, and deputy dean of Tianhua Education Institute. In 2014, he was transferred to Wuhan TIANHUA Jiayi Architecture Design Co., Ltd. as Deputy General Manager to assist with the strategic transformation of the group's construction drawing business. As a founding team member, he is responsible for market operations, BIM R&D, and EPC project management. In 2019, he was appointed the General Manager of Hefei TIANHUA Jiayi Architecture Design Co., Ltd.
